Housed in a 1820’s Georgian building, cocktail master Tony Conigliaro and chef Rob Roy Cameron have created a quintessentially modern cocktail and dining destination. Conigliaro is one of London’s top mixologists, running acclaimed cocktail bars 69 Colebrooke Row, Untitled bar and Bar Termini. After working together on various projects, the pair launched Gazelle, influenced by Cameron’s upbringing in Botswana. Exposed brick, metal, bright colours and captivating light fixtures set the tone for the cocktail and food menu.
