Explore London's most extensive oyster menu at The Hoxton's eclectic, new outpost south of the river. Bring on the crisp white wine with a view and the luxury to have a bed just a short elevator ride below.
The Hoxton has opened their third outpost in London, a short walk from the galleries and food markets of South Bank. The design is modern and oozing with personality, mixing industrial features such as concrete ceilings and bare-brick walls with laid-back interiors in sumptuous materials.
The 192 rooms range across five options, casually named Shoebox, Snug, Cosy, Roomy and Biggy. Visitors not staying at the hotel can enjoy the mezzanine as an office away from home, for a drink or a pre-theatre meal. The crowning jewel however, is the much-anticipated rooftop restaurant, Seabird, on the 14th floor boasting London’s longest oyster list and perhaps our favorite new city view.
