Tom Kerridge’s brassy outpost at the Corinthia hotel lends itself perfectly to an indulgent dining experience. Famed for his take on British dishes, the Michelin-starred chef has created a concise menu leaning on British tradition using classical French techniques with premium meat and fish, such as Ramsbury estate venison, Creedy Carver duck and Loch Duart salmon, dominating the menu. Bar snacks are one of Kerridge’s specialities, making this a perfect stop for small plates and exploring an impressive selection of English sparkling wines.
