Chef Peter Joseph, formerly of Michelin-starred Tamarind, has opened his first solo venture in Chelsea, serving up progressive, Indian cuisine using British seasonal produce. Expect to dig in with your hands, at least for the starters, as Joseph rids cutlery to create an atmosphere reminiscent of his upbringing in Tamil Nadu. The menu will only feature two curries, placing the main focus on dishes from the robata grill such as rabbit kebab, smoked Malabar prawns and grilled venison.
