BRASSERIE OF LIGHT

A 24ft crystal-encrusted Pegasus by Damien Hirst adorns the centre of Selfridge’s new luxury dining destination, Brasserie of Light. The art-deco brassiere, designed by Martin Brudnizki, marks the completion of the flagship department store’s £300 million reinvention. The kitchen is helmed by Emanuel Machado, formerly of Balthazar, serving a menu that complements the elegantly artistic venue. Expect classic British and international dishes with a twist, including a signature lobster spaghetti and Pegasus pie on a cloud of coconut for dessert.
